How to Purchase a Gift Card

• Gift cards can be purchased on our website like any regular product.
• Simply add the desired gift card to your cart and complete checkout using the standard online purchase process.
• Gift cards are delivered by email to either the purchaser or directly to the recipient, along with full redemption instructions.
• You may include a personal message with your gift card.
• You may also schedule a delivery date for the gift card. If no date is selected, it will be delivered immediately once payment is confirmed.
• No additional processing fees apply to gift card purchases.

Gift Card Conditions

• Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is fully spent.
• Remaining balance is shown automatically at checkout when applied.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash, nor used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Solelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
• Each gift card code is unique and should be kept securely, as it functions like cash.

Current available values: 10,000 | 15,000 | 25,000 | 50,000 AMD, each valid for 3 months from the purchase date.

How to Redeem Your Gift Card

• At checkout, enter your unique gift card code in the discount/gift card field.
• The gift card balance will be automatically deducted from the order total.
• If the order exceeds the gift card balance, the difference may be paid using any available payment method.
• Any remaining balance stays on the gift card for future purchases until it expires.
