Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Returns can be made within 14 days of placing the order.

Returns
For any other item(s) to be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:

be in sellable condition (all tags attached)

be in its original packaging (brand logo bag, brand card(s), branded dust bag(s))
Before sending the package back, the customer must fill out the return form available on our website. The form includes fields such as customer name, email, order number, and reason for return.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. All returned items must be mailed to the solelle.am postbox via post*.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. To qualify, the item must meet all return conditions listed above.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
Exchanges
For item(s) eligible for return or refund, an exchange request can be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

Once the item is received and approved, the newly selected item will be shipped to the customer via HayPost, free of charge.
Courier delivery within Yerevan is not available for exchange requests; all exchange shipments are handled only through HayPost.
