Solelle delivers only within the Republic of Armenia.

1. Delivery Within Yerevan

1.1. Delivery within Yerevan is free of charge and is carried out by courier the next day between 12:00–20:00.

1.2. The website also offers an alternative same-day order processing and delivery option for an additional 2,000 AMD, which is added to the total amount payable.

1.3. The same-day delivery option is available only within Yerevan and only if the order is placed before 15:00 on the same day.

1.4. Same-day delivery with the additional fee is carried out by courier between 17:00–20:00.

2. Delivery to Other Regions of Armenia

2.1. Delivery to other regions of Armenia is carried out via HayPost within 2–5 business days.

Order Cancellation

3. Cancellation by Customer

3.1. An order can be canceled before it is dispatched.

3.2. To cancel an order, customers may contact us via chat.

3.3. If the order is already on its way, it cannot be canceled.

4. Cancellation by the Website

4.1. The website may cancel an order if the required information provided during order placement is incomplete or incorrect, and the customer does not update it within 24 hours after being notified by phone or email.

4.2. In such cases, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

4.3. Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
