TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define the legal relationship between L. Vardanyan IE (hereinafter “Solelle”) and the users of www.solelle.am (hereinafter “Website”), referred to as “Customer” or “Buyer,” regarding the purchase and use of products through the Website. Solelle is for selling products online.

By accessing or using any content or information on the Website, You, as the Customer, confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

By using the Website, the Customer agrees to the conditions stated below. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Website content and to the Terms and Conditions section from time to time. The Terms are defined and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Solelle is not responsible for the accuracy of the data or information provided by You. You bear full responsibility for any violation of these Terms, as well as for any inaccuracies or unreliability in the information you provide.

According to these Terms, Solelle offers its Customers the ability to make purchases through the Website and undertakes to deliver the purchased products according to the conditions specified in the “Delivery Terms” section.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the lawful origin of payments made from his/her personal accounts. In case Solelle suffers any damage as a result of issues related to the lawful origin of such payments, the Buyer undertakes to fully compensate that damage.


General Description of the Website

The Website is intended for online shopping. Jewelry and other accessories are sold on the Website. See “About Us.”

The Website is accessible 24/7.
Purchases can be made at any time of day, but deliveries are carried out only according to the delivery conditions presented on the Website.

Customer support operates from 12:00 to 21:00, but Customers may submit questions at any time.
If a Customer contacts support outside operating hours, the support team will respond during the next working hours. A notification about the response will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.


Use of Online Chat

When contacting via online chat, the Customer must provide their email address, first name, and last name.
This data is used to improve the quality of customer service and to send proper notifications.

Chat history is stored for no longer than 3 (three) months.


Product Price

The price of products sold on www.solelle.am is presented in Armenian drams (AMD) and includes all taxes, duties, and other mandatory fees, except for same-day delivery fees within Yerevan. See Delivery Terms.

Purchases on the Website can be made only via online payment.


Product Selection and Purchase

To make a purchase, the Customer must select the product(s) and add them to the Cart.
From the Cart, the Customer must proceed to the checkout section and fill in all required fields for order/shipping (email, country - default Armenia, first name, last name, street address, house number, region, city, postal code).

Next, the Customer must select the delivery method from the options presented on the page.

Before clicking “Pay Now”, the Customer confirms that they have:

  • reviewed and accepted the Website Terms

  • verified the accuracy of their email address

  • verified the accuracy of the delivery address

  • checked the selected product(s) and their quantities

  • reviewed the chosen delivery method

  • checked the accuracy of the payable amount

After the Customer clicks “Pay Now,” the Website accepts the order and redirects the Customer to the payment page.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are digital products purchased through the website like any regular item and are delivered by email to the buyer or chosen recipient. They may be used as payment for orders placed on the website until the remaining balance is fully depleted, within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be used to purchase other gift cards. Solelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Solelle reserves the right to update or change gift card terms, including but not limited to validity period or usage rules. However, any changes will not affect gift cards purchased prior to the date of modification: each gift card remains valid according to the terms active at the time of purchase. Order Payment

Payments on the Website are made only online via Visa, Mastercard, and ArCa payment systems.

After submitting the order and entering the shipping information, the Customer is redirected to the payment page, where they must provide:

  • card number

  • cardholder name

  • card expiration date (month/year)

  • CVV code

To complete the payment, the Customer must click the payment button and follow the notification to learn about the payment status (approved/declined).

The processing center's system verifies the card’s participation in 3DSecure (SecureCode) and then approves or declines the transaction accordingly.

The entire payable amount is withdrawn from the Customer’s bank card in one transaction.

After the payment, a notification confirming the order placement is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The Buyer may view or download the transaction receipt in their banking application under completed or pending transactions.

Upon the Customer’s request, the payment receipt may also be sent to the email provided during order placement.

After payment is completed, the Website receives payment information containing the banking fields confirming the transaction.


Order Cancellation and Liability

The Buyer agrees that Solelle is not liable to the Buyer or any third parties for any losses or damages arising from order cancellation in accordance with these Terms.

Order Return / Exchange

The website is intended for online purchases, and in case a return or exchange is needed, the customer must send the item back to the website’s postal address, covering the shipping cost to HayPost. For details, see the Return Policy.


Force Majeure Circumstances

In cases of force majeure - such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, civil unrest, or similar events that make it impossible to fulfill obligations - Solelle cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform.


Solelle Discretion

Solelle reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel an order if necessary to protect the Store’s interests or if there are any other circumstances hindering the fulfillment of the order.
